Description

You will act as a technical individual contributor and lead for Wynsure product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Write code to implement logic outlined in system requirements using Wyde tools (eWAM).
• Apply object-oriented design principles to analyze and design significant Wynsure developments.
• Develop, automate testing, and debug applications using React and supporting libraries.
• Collaborate directly with clients to propose technical solutions and support business requirements.
• Document system changes, explain application architecture to technical experts, and conduct demos for sales teams.

Required Skills

• 12-13+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with React, Redux, Bootstrap, CSS3, and preprocessors.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with Jest for automation testing and debugging.
• Strong understanding of OOJS and design patterns.
• Expertise in JavaScript and server-side scripting.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Storybook.
• Experience customizing or designing new functionality within existing modules.
