Description

Develop and maintain automated solutions within the Microsoft Office ecosystem, focusing on Excel workflows and technical support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate Excel workflows by integrating Macros to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop technical solutions using Microsoft technologies, specifically VB Script and Macros.
• Document all application change requests and technical knowledge in standard formats for future team use.
• Provide technical and operational support to resolve production issues and user-reported incidents.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with VBA and Macros.
• Strong development experience using VB Script.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Proven track record of developing solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience managing and resolving production incidents.
• Ability to document technical processes and change requests.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with code review and debugging.
