Description

You will own the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the XMatters platform to ensure seamless incident management and system communication.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement XMatters integrations with ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
• Configure and customize workflows to automate incident management, alerting, and escalation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve broken integrations and workflow issues to maintain communication channels.
• Develop and maintain XMatters reports and dashboards to provide visibility into incident management performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for all configurations, integrations, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in XMatters configuration and integrations.
• Deep understanding of XMatters workflows and configuration options.
• Hands-on experience integrating XMatters with ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook email.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding workflow automation.
• Proficiency in workflow automation and incident management processes.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript for customizing XMatters integrations.
• XMatters certification.
