Description

You will manage the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the xMatters platform to ensure seamless incident management and communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement xMatters integrations with ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
• Configure and customize workflows to automate incident management, alerting, and escalation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve broken integrations and workflow issues to maintain critical communication channels.
• Develop and maintain xMatters reports and dashboards to provide insights into incident management performance.
• Document all xMatters configurations, integrations, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in xMatters configuration and integrations.
• Deep understanding of xMatters workflows and configuration options.
• Hands-on experience integrating xMatters with ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook email.
• Proficiency in workflow automation and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript for customizing xMatters integrations.
• xMatters certification.
