Description

You will lead support operations for xStore POS systems, managing L2 and L3 technical escalations and ensuring system optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage L2 and L3 support, troubleshooting, and configuration for Oracle xStore POS systems.
• Resolve advanced technical issues involving scripting, master data deployment, and complex deal/tax configurations.
• Execute deployment processes to ensure all system components are configured and optimized for business needs.
• Oversee daily support operations to maintain smooth system functionality.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in POS support or related technical roles.
• Deep expertise with Oracle xStore POS systems, specifically V23.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong SQL skills for data management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
• Experience managing complex master data deployments.
• Degree in any field of study.
