Zabbix Architect

You will design, implement, and manage Zabbix monitoring solutions within complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Zabbix monitoring solutions tailored to specific environment requirements.
• Develop and apply Zabbix templates for monitoring CPU, memory, disk space, and system services.
• Integrate Zabbix with ServiceNow to automate ticket creation and incident management.
• Configure high availability, redundancy, and alerting logic to distinguish between production and development environments.
• Establish maintenance periods, backup strategies, and detailed technical documentation for the Zabbix environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Zabbix Architect or in a similar monitoring architecture role.
• Extensive experience with Zabbix installation, configuration, and administration.
• Proven ability to integrate Zabbix with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Zabbix templates and triggers.
• Experience monitoring VMware and vCenter environments.
• Familiarity with Windows and RedHat operating systems.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and custom integrations.
• Experience configuring high availability and redundancy for monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills for direct client interaction and technical training.

Preferred Skills

• Zabbix Specialist certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with additional monitoring tools and frameworks.
