Description

You will own the requirements and implementation details for a Zelle integration project. You translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure accurate data flow.

Responsibilities

• Create requirements documents, business user stories, and technical user stories.
• Perform impact analysis and document detailed data mapping.
• Author activity flow diagrams and graphical forms to show control, process, and data flows.
• Assist with acceptance testing to verify implementation accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically implementing Zelle.
• Deep functional knowledge of bank instant payment mechanisms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM frameworks.
• Knowledge of public cloud design and implementation patterns.
• Understanding of process orchestration tooling, microservices, and synchronous/asynchronous service interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data mapping and impact analysis.
