Description

You will design, implement, and evolve a Zero Trust security architecture focused on identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Identity and Access Management toolset to support Zero Trust adoption.
• Develop identity architecture that automates request, approval, provisioning, and verification processes.
• Build core architecture for assigning identities and access privileges to applications, services, and processes.
• Lead the evolution of identity and access policies across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Services teams to build supporting Zero Trust infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional hands-on IT experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust at scale across hybrid environments.
• Experience engineering and operating solutions in full HA across multiple data centers.
• Proficiency with Red Hat Directory Server (RHDS) and Active Directory, including Azure AD.
• Experience with virtual directory or internal IDP infrastructure and design.
• Ability to write Ansible playbooks and Terraform to install and configure Directory Servers.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Bitbucket code repositories.
• Deep understanding of OAuth, OpenID, SAML, and Open LDAP protocols.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-factor authentication, and identity federation.
