Description

You will lead the design and implementation of business requirements across the Zoho application suite.

Responsibilities

  • Design user groups, roles, access rights, and sharing rules to manage organizational security.
  • Build organization processes in Zoho One using workflow rules, schedules, assignment rules, and case escalation.
  • Develop custom functions using Deluge and build dedicated applications within Zoho Creator.
  • Integrate Zoho with internal databases, external resources, and third-party services.
  • Manage administrative functions including user accounts, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience building or implementing requirements on Zoho applications.
  • Proven experience in a Team Lead capacity.
  • Expertise in Zoho Deluge for custom function development.
  • Deep knowledge of Zoho One components including Workflow Rules, Schedules, and Actions.
  • Experience with Zoho Creator application design and development.
  • Proficiency in setting up Marketing Attribution, Segmentation, and Scoring Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with 3rd party integrations and database connectivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
