Description

You will design, implement, and maintain custom Zoho applications to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom Zoho solutions from requirement analysis through to final implementation.
• Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet specific client needs.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for data visibility.
• Develop integrations using APIs to connect Zoho with external systems.
• Manage end-to-end testing and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Zoho development and administration.
• Deep expertise in Deluge scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator and Zoho Forms.
• Working knowledge of Zoho People and Zoho Experience.
• Experience with API integrations and connectivity.
• Practical application of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in product administration or technical support roles.
