Description

You will manage the end-to-end configuration and technical integration of Zoom Events and Zoom Webinar platforms for hybrid and virtual use cases.

Responsibilities

• Configure Zoom Event landing pages, registration processes, and ticket limits for in-person and virtual attendees.
• Set up event access, QR code/eBadge scanning, and customized email workflows for different ticket types.
• Manage in-session branding and production studio configurations for hybrid event scenarios.
• Integrate Zoom Events into client ecosystems including AEM, SFMC, RTE, Veeva, and Qlik.
• Utilize Postman to explore Zoom APIs and webhooks to map data points between source and target systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Zoom Events and Zoom Webinar backend configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Events APIs, Webhooks, and Add-Ons.
• Proficiency using Postman for API exploration and data mapping.
• Practical knowledge of Zoom Webinar Webhooks and Add-Ons.
• Experience managing hybrid event production and branding.
• Proficiency in C++, AWS, Angular JS, React JS, Vue, JavaScript, CSS, and WebRTC-API.
• Any Graduate degree.
