Description

You will manage and support z/OS mainframe environments, owning day-to-day operations, maintenance, and job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Administer z/OS system operations and maintenance.
• Develop and execute JCL scripts for batch processing.
• Manage system resources and job scheduling.
• Ensure stability and performance of mainframe environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe administration.
• Proficiency with the z/OS operating system.
• Strong command of Job Control Language (JCL).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Experience managing system resources in a mainframe context.
• Ability to develop and execute batch processing scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mainframe security and subsystem management.
• Familiarity with automation tools for z/OS.
