Description

You manage and maintain z/OS Communication Server for SNA and TCP/IP across multi-LPAR environments.

Configure and support VTAM, EE, LU, CSSMTP, DNS, NSLOOKUP, and USS functionalities. Secure communications through TLS configuration, encryption, certificate management, and policy agent settings. Manage printer systems using Spool and VPS for document processing. Lead data center migration projects by designing and implementing complex network layouts and disaster recovery configurations. Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical network issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with z/OS Communication Server SNA and TCP/IP in multi-LPAR environments.
• Expertise in VTAM, EE, LU, CSSMTP, DNS, NSLOOKUP, and USS.
• Hands-on experience with TLS, encryption, and certificate management.
• Proficiency with Spool and VPS for printer configuration.
• Experience supporting ISV products including Connect Direct, Mailbox, and Session Manager.
• Proven ability in data center migration and network layout architecture.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning for network layouts and hostnames.
