You will manage z/OS Communication Server and lead data center migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage z/OS Communication Server for SNA and TCP/IP in multi-LPAR environments.
• Lead data center migration projects and design complex network layouts.
• Configure VTAM, EE, LU, CSSMTP, DNS, NSLOOKUP, and USS functionalities.
• Implement secure communications using TLS, encryption, certificates, and Policy Agent.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to resolve critical network issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with z/OS Communication Server SNA and TCP/IP.
• Expertise in data center migration and network layout architecture.
• Technical proficiency in VTAM, EE, LU, CSSMTP, DNS, NSLOOKUP, and USS.
• Hands-on experience with TLS, encryption, certificate management, and Policy Agent.
• Experience configuring printer systems using Spool and VPS.
• Proficiency in session manager and multi-session configurations.
• Ability to support network-related ISV products (connecting direct, mailbox, session manager).

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in disaster recovery configuration for TCP/IP, DNS, and hostnames.
