Description

You will manage and support z/OS environments through technical administration and software tool maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ISPF/TSO, JCL, CLIST, Dialog Manager, and Rexx within the z/OS environment.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to XPAF, XEROX DJDE, and XEROX printers.
• Support COBOL programming tools including PANVALET, TELON, and IBM Linkage Editors.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support, requiring on-site presence within one hour of notification.
• Communicate technical information clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience with z/OS, specifically ISPF/TSO, JCL, CLIST, Dialog Manager, and Rexx.
• 3 years of experience with XPAF, XEROX DJDE, and XEROX printers.
• 3 years of experience with COBOL programming, PANVALET, TELON, and IBM Linkage Editors.
• Ability to provide on-site emergency support within one hour of notification.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
