Description

You will manage incidents, service requests, and upgrade projects within a complex Mainframe environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident resolution and service requests for z/OS technologies.
• Execute mainframe datacenter migrations and design implementations.
• Install, configure, and support LPARs and MIPS.
• Handle mainframe backup and restore operations using tape.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to manage SLAs and improve operational policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe environment support.
• Experience with LPAR and MIPS management.
• Proven track record in Mainframe datacenter migration.
• Proficiency in capacity and performance management.
• Experience with remote administration of MIPS and LPARs.
• Ability to manage tool migrations and upgrade projects.
• Experience configuring and supporting mainframe restores.

• Any Graduate degree.
