Description

You will manage, configure, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies within a secure network environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ZIA/ZPA policies, web filtering, URL categorization, firewall settings, and SSL inspection.
• Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues.
• Analyze ZIA/ZPA logs to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and security threats.
• Manage GRE/IPSec tunnels, PAC files, and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) deployment across all endpoints.
• Integrate ZIA/ZPA with identity providers including Azure AD, Okta, SAML, and LDAP.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network or security administration.
• Direct experience managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SSL decryption and certificate management.
• Technical knowledge of Azure AD, Okta, SAML, and LDAP integration.
• Experience managing Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health monitoring.
• Ability to handle escalations regarding content filtering and bandwidth control.
