Description

You will consult on Zscaler Cloud Security Services and manage security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Zscaler capabilities, including OCR, EDM, IDM, eDLP, ZWA, and Policy development.
• Operationalize the Zscaler platform by creating SOPs, triaging, and remediating incidents.
• Develop use cases through the use case development lifecycle.
• Manage project work and delivery for security implementations.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience on the Zscaler Platform.
• Proven experience deploying Zscaler capabilities (OCR, EDM, IDM, eDLP, ZWA, Policy development).
• Experience operationalizing security platforms, including SOP creation, triage, and incident remediation.
• Experience with the use case development lifecycle.
• Experience managing project work and delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
