Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Zscaler platform, managing security policies and troubleshooting issues within a large global enterprise network.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure Zscaler policies and rules in accordance with security standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate issues related to developed policies and configured rules.
• Identify malicious activity by analyzing logs, traffic flows, and other investigative data.
• Review networking infrastructure designs, including routing, firewall rules, IDS, encryption, and load balancing.
• Conduct research on threat actor tactics and use cyber intelligence to drive mitigating changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in a large, complex, and global enterprise network.
• Hands-on experience utilizing the Zscaler platform.
• Experience analyzing logs, traffic flows, and multiple data sets to identify threats.
• Ability to perform vulnerability assessments and provide written technical assessments.
• Experience with networking infrastructure, including routing, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Proven ability to remain professional and effective during high-pressure incident situations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating with IT and business teams for effective incident response.
