Description

You will develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the z/TPF platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements to define software change specifications.
• Design software changes and implement coding solutions.
• Perform testing and conduct code reviews.
• Execute maintenance work and application enhancements.
• Identify and implement efficient solutions to technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a z/TPF Application Programmer.
• Expert knowledge of the z/TPF platform.
• Proficiency in Assembler languages.
• Experience with Sabretalk.
• Hands-on use of IBM Tool Kit and Debugger.
• Experience with CVS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work in a self-managed capacity.
• Strong leadership mentality.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Flight Operations.
• Background in Crew Operations.
