Description

Design, configure, and support audit-compliant finance technology solutions using Zuora and Workday.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and launch finance technology solutions.
• Partner with architects, developers, and business teams to drive end-to-end solutions from requirement analysis to launch.
• Provide Level 2 support to resolve incidents, system issues, and user queries.
• Research new Zuora functionality to solve customer problems and evaluate new finance technology applications.
• Drive projects independently from initiation to completion in ambiguous situations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of finance business systems configuration experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting Zuora Revenue for an implementation partner or in a corporate role.
• Expert level proficiency in Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Workday Financials configuration, integrations, and application security.
• Ability to architect technical solutions across multiple finance systems and understand end-to-end finance business processes.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Zuora Certification.
