Description

Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Zuora CPQ solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Zuora CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and customize pricing models, quote templates, and product catalogs.
• Integrate Zuora CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems via REST APIs.
• Optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows including subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and billing.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems and develop custom reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Zuora CPQ implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes (quoting, renewals, billing, revenue recognition).
• Hands-on development skills in Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder.
• Experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce using REST APIs and middleware tools.
• Ability to design business-centric solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Comfortable working the 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) to support US clients.

Preferred Skills

• Zuora Administrator certification.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
