Description

You will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the Zuora platform, managing Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, and Finance settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Zuora product configurations to ensure scalability and alignment with business requirements.
• Design and manage Zuora Billing and Finance configurations to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop workflow management solutions within and around the Zuora ecosystem.
• Architect integrations between Zuora and critical systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to gather requirements and implement Quote to Cash (QTC) and CPQ solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for Zuora configurations, processes, and integrations.

Required Skills

• Certified Zuora Administrator.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Quote to Cash (QTC), CPQ, and Billing solutions.
• Deep understanding of Subscription Business Models and Consumption Subscription Billing.
• Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara.
• Experience integrating with banks (JPM, BOA) and payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen).
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex platform issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zuora Revenue.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with data migration and cleansing related to Zuora implementations.
• Prior experience working for consulting partners.
