Description

You will act as a Zuora Subject Matter Expert, managing subscription business models, consumption-based billing, and end-to-end implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings.
• Execute Zuora Workflow management and system implementations.
• Lead Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing implementation projects.
• Integrate Zuora with external systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara.
• Configure connections to banks and payment gateways such as Stripe and Adyen.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Zuora product configuration and finance settings.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with Zuora Billing.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing.
• Certified Zuora Admin.
• Expertise in Zuora Subscription Management and Payments.
• Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Vertex.
• Technical proficiency in Workflow management.
• Experience working with consulting partners.
