You will manage and maintain z/VM operating systems to ensure stability and performance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage z/VM operating systems to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
• Upgrade and maintain z/VM environments using VMSES.
• Support and troubleshoot z/VSE instances running under z/VM.
• Configure and maintain IBM DirMaint for directory management.
• Administer and support Broadcom / CA third-party products.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing z/VM operating systems.
• Deep understanding of z/VSE architecture and operation under z/VM.
• Proficiency with VMSES for performing upgrades and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DirMaint.
• Experience administering Broadcom / CA third-party products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a remote, collaborative engineering environment.
