  Job Description
REQUIRED SKILLS :-

5 + years experience designing, developing and maintaining software applications.
Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
A working knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures used in software development.
Experience using source code control systems and configuration management concepts.
Demonstrated ability to employ analytical processes to identify and resolve software and system problems.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Team leader
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Competent knowledge of Object Oriented Design, and Java, C++ or C# to build large scale applications.
Experience working with Spring, Hibernate, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Ant, JUnit, VSS, SVN, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Eclipse, JDBC, J2EE, servlets, XML, and design patterns a plus
Compensation commensurate with the type and years of experience
