  Job Description
We are looking for several full-time Systems Technician/Engineers with different skill levels to join our dynamic team and to share in our growth.

You must have experience in one or more of these technologies :-

* Speech-enabled Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platforms.
* Installation, configuration and deployment of application/web servers.
* Back-end database installation and configuration and metrics/reporting technologies.
* Telecommunication (SIP, VoIP) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) technologies.
* Operating Systems, including Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Sun Solaris or Red Hat Linux.

The position involves working with a team or independently to install, configure and deploy new customer systems; troubleshoot systems-related issues with existing customer solutions; and support of MicroAutomation's internal network, systems, and desktop hardware and software.

This is a customer centric job; good communication and people skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have well-rounded Windows systems administration experience and be able to learn quickly and independently, as needed, and be creative at solving new and complex problems, as well as being skilled at documentation.

IT related college degree or related experience with two plus years experience in systems administration or telecommunications is preferred.

This position carries a great deal of responsibility, and a certain amount of flexibility in schedule may be needed from time to time.

This position requires 10% – 20% travel.
