  Job Description
The Systems Administrator Level 2 is responsible for:

---coordinating disparate source coding project initiatives into both staging and live production environments with
consistency, reproducibility, and verifiability to the build and release cycle;

---coordinating, facilitating, gate keeping, and completing support tasks to ensure timely, effective, and standardized
implementation of both internal and customer facing applications;

---procedurally affecting change for application maintenance and new releases to the environment;

---coordinating documentation; and scheduling updates for the Data Center Operations Team.


Additional responsibilities include:

--leading efforts in root cause analysis of batch processing dependencies and scheduling requirements;

--assisting in defining monitoring requirements; implementing capacity monitoring based on key performance
indicators;

--creating checklists for standard operating procedures, system upgrades and service packs;

--selecting and preparing user training material and providing training to users as needed;

--planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines while planning and tracking status on multiple projects at once
and adjusting to constant business changes and changing requirements.

--The Systems Administrator Level 2 will collaborate extensively with the Applications Development,

--Data Center Operations, Technical Support, Networking and Engineering teams.
