  Job Description

PeopleSoft ERP implementation experience, experience with PeopleSoft Payroll module


- Under the direction of the TandL/Payroll Team Lead, the Payroll Business
Analyst will facilitate and conduct system design, configuration,
business process definition, and testing activities, including those
related to a change from monthly to biweekly Payroll processing during
the HCM 9 upgrade project.

Specific tasks will include:

developing functional specifications for customizations, preparing for and leading design workshops, documentation, managing work of assigned client resources and providing functional expertise and knowledge transfer to client resources. This is a hands-on functional role.

Mandatory Skills:

---Prior BA and team lead experience with PeopleSoft HCM,

---Strong functional knowledge of the Payroll module and related
business processes including Payroll configuration and processing,
retro pay, final cheque functionality, PeopleSoft ROE solution, year
end processing, ePay, etc.,

---Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 or 9.0, Two full cycle
PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade projects, Strong written and
verbal communication skills, Good team lead skills.

Preferred Skills:

o PeopleSoft experience with Canadian Payroll clients,

o Experience with Time and Labour module,

o Understanding of HCM and GL Integration process,

o Project experience with public sector clients
