  Job Description
This will be a Senior Project Manager role handling several internal projects, some of which are very high profile. Teams on projects range from 2-5 employees.
* Manage multiple, simultaneous projects of varying scope and complexity.
* Assume full responsibility and accountability for project delivery.
* Develop project plan including scope, schedule, and budget.
* Identify required resources, build project teams to meet goals and manage team members and contractors
* Monitor and report project progress.
* Communicate with all stakeholders in the project, including internal customers, team members, and management.
* Ensure successful delivery to Management
* Assist in developing and deploying project management best practices and implementing internal process improvements.
* Track and drive resolution of project-related issues
* At least 5+ years project management experience with responsibility for the entire life cycle of a project required.
* Must have strong experience leading Hyperion based projects, this must be clearly shown on resume
* Candidate will have experience managing Hyperion Projects including 2+ full life cycle implementations
* Demonstrated high level of business judgment.
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and staff.
* Knowledge and experience with project life cycle and methodology.
* Ability to plan a project, execute the plan and deliver business benefits.
* Ability to accurately manage project financial tracking information and project metrics.
* Ability to create and give presentations as part of training and development role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Visio
* Experience in creating flow diagrams using Visio as well as experience with creating Power Point presentations.
* Experience in creating, editing and maintaining of Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
