  Job Description
Requirements :-

* Industry knowledge
* Bilingual speaking an asset
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A basic understanding of automotives and automotive product lines.
* Interpersonal skills
* Basic software knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, ATC-Onlane proprietary systems (preferred)
* Excellent organizational skills
* Basic accounting principles
* Outgoing personality.

Profile :-

* Provides daily solution delivery to customers operational commitments and requirements
* Support Senior Program Manager's requests for additional updates, program investigation and reports.
* Acts as a fill in during Senior Program coordinator absence.
* Monitoring of daily processes and escalates any unresolved issues in a timely fashion.
* Management of vehicles through the series of processes from consignment through to post sale.
* Focus on achieving resolution of program issues related to individual vehicles (payments, titles, pricing, groundings, incorrect purchases, arbitrations)
* Ensuring new processes and or changes to existing program rules or processes are rolled out effectively
* Offering consistent solutions across all programs, ensuring best practices are followed and provided process improvement.
* Assisting other Senior Program Coordinators and Program Coordinators in the event of vacations, personal days and increased volumes.
* Perform other duties as requested by Department Manager
