Qualifications
· 5 years experience in Business Systems Analysis in either the Life Insurance OR financial services sector
· Experience in writing functional specifications, gathering user requirements, developing and executing test plans/strategies and conducting training
· Excellent attention to detail and process-minded/oriented
· Proven experience working on projects using excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
· Ability to travel three consecutive months (this would occur only once every 18-24 months and we will fly you back home to Toronto every other weekend if not every weekend); All travel expenses are paid
· Applicants should have the proper documentation to travel back and forth across the U.S. with ease i.e. does not have to apply for proper paperwork
· Excellent oral and written skills in the English language as they will write reports and present before groups of people
