  Job Description
Leading solutions provider seeks an experienced Solution Designer for a new Contact Centre integration project.

It is essential that you have the following Mandatory skills/experience:

o High Level Design; Infrastructure (IP networks, firewalls, desktop rollout, citrix). Fixed line telephony, and Genesys

o Experience integrating any of the following: Nortel IVR, Voice Recording, Kana suite, Websphere, Prepay systems,
Geneva, General Call Centre integration and challenges, Service MI, Email and other inbound media handling,

o Experience of working with third party providers.

o Previous experience in integrating new contact centres highly desirable.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

------Recent experience of working on consumer customer service/contact centre projects, telecommunications desirable.
