* Javascript (experience with JS library such as YUI or mootools a plus)
* RIA - development for enterprise webapps
* Level - 3+ years for Jr. or 7+ for Sr.
* BSCS/MSCS

* Flex experience (Ideal for the right person who would like to become proficient in Flex)
* LAMP
