  Job Description
Conduct data gathering sessions with EIA staff and other contractors to identify and document business rules associated with data edits and quality assurance. Organize information into understandable formats that can be reviewed and understood by non-technical staff. Ensure maintainability of information collected and documented.



Qualifications: 6-7 years experience in documentation and system analysis. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to document structured business rules, including rules currently undocumented and coded into existing systems. Familiarity with and able to support IT systems. Experience with statistical analysis a plus. Able to work independently, plan work activities, and track progress against those plans. Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
