  Job Description
Responsibilities:
** Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network related problems
** Strong and consistent communication with customers
** Documenting work performed and other technical information for our clients

Requirements:
** Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the following:
o Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops
o Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on Win 9x, Win2K, WinXP, WinNT 4.0/Win2K, WinVista
o End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
o Configuration of TCP/IP settings on network and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues
** Certifications such as A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required.
