  Job Description
Description:

This role will be responsible for managing the efforts of an application development team spread across multiple regions and will work directly with senior business and IT leaders.
Work with business analysts, developers and technology managers to develop project plans. Consolidate project plans across various projects. * Provide regular status reporting to all interested parties including; senior management, stakeholders and PMO. * Capture, track and escalate program level risks and issues to the senior management. * Assess the impacts on the plans resulting from change requests, ad hoc projects, or technology issues. * Coordinate and lead meetings with various teams to resolve issues. * Keep track of meeting minutes and proactively follow-up on action items. * Liaise with relevant project stakeholders within the Compliance business function and other technology teams. Preferred Graduate Degree, PMP or any Project Management discipline certification

Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience. PMI or PRINCE2 certification a plus. * Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle. * Advanced level experience with MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint. * Experience of working in detail with Investment Banking products and processes. * Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with members of the business and technology communities. * Enforcing a process-oriented perspective on the overall project life cycle workflow.
