  Job Description
1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst :

---Our client requires a Helpdesk Support Analyst to act as the initial point of contact for the 120 or so user community.

---You will ensure that all helpdesk calls are answered and logged efficiently and in a professional manner.

---You will provide general trouble shooting skills and then escalate where required.

---The client has a standard Windows / Microsoft environment that includes Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000
Pro, XP and Vista, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and MS Office 2003.

---To be considered for this role it is essential that you have worked at a similar level in a professional working
