  Job Description

1. Conducting qualitative data profiling
2. Formatting questionnaires to meet the data requirements of qualitative and quantitative analysis
3. Assisted in selecting the application of analytic algorithms for predictive modeling, UX analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and optimization
4. Determining the sampling techniques (simple random, stratified random, regression estimators, systematic sampling, single-stage cluster sampling) to increase the accuracy of analytic work.
5. Driving the response rate, monitoring completion rate and reducing the abandonment rate both from the quality survey design and reward approach
6. Testing survey programming and providing corrective feedback
7. Overseeing survey core measurements and translation quality
8. Prepare written reports/document on survey project results for appropriate audiences for distribution within the cross-functional teams.
9. Working with cross-functional teams to design, develop and monitor the Lifetime Loyalty Survey Dashboard

Skills Requirements:

Experience in UX research
Experienced in the SAS and/or KXEN.
Experienced in intermediate to advanced level statistics including factor analysis, correlation analysis, significance testing, and key driver analysis.
Experienced in evaluating a valid statistical design for all quantitative studies, including valid sampling processes and use of appropriate statistical techniques.
Experienced in developing stratified samples, sample size calculation techniques and cluster analysis.
