Skills Required
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 7-8 years of related work experience.
Proficient in Cognos 8.x, Dashboard Reporting, Standard Reporting, Report Optimization, Cognos SDK JAVA development, Strong Transact SQL (MS SQL Server).
Proficient in working with Cognos Transformer Cubes and SQL server cube.
Preferred Skills
BIRT 2.3.2 Report development in a Java application environment.
Proven experience in playing a lead role on Dashboards/Reporting and BI projects.
Excellent problem solving, analytical ability and debugging skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Cognos Framework Manager. IBM RAD Version 6, and IBM WAS Version 6 would be nice to have
