  Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:

1. Process Payroll and Accounts Payable Transactions (50%)

* Process timesheets in multiple programs using an automated document scanning verification process, within standard PPL performance metrics.
* Enter manual timesheet and agency invoice information into automated financial management system.
* Manually enter consumer data into a database.
* Reconcile and troubleshoot timesheets and transaction reports.
* Create and maintain adequate budget files by participant for audit purposes.
* Monitor accuracy/timeliness of payment processing and participate in quality control initiatives.
* Enter budget information and verify that invoices received are budget-authorized.

2. Maintain and Process Documentation (40%)

* Receive and verify contract and credentialing forms required to establish appropriate accounts within standard PPL performance metrics.
* Receive and process background check forms.

3. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks (10%)

* Identify documentation issues and report to supervisor.
* Enter and monitor support ticket information into PPL's online web portal.
* Respond to assigned support tickets in PPL's online web portal, and coordinate activities with other project staff.

Required Experience

* High School degree or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in operations and/or payroll and/or accounts payable, preferably in an automated system environment.
