  Job Description
Job Role:

Your major roles will be to provide onsite support to clients at multiple sites in London.

You'll need to be well presented, trustworthy and punctual. You'll be keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve well above average results and remuneration.

Your level of experience and skills in Windows server and workstation networks as well as Exchange 2000/2003, firewalls, security need to be of a high level. It is essential that you have excellent, demonstrable troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP and DNS. Ideally you will have 3 years experience or specialist skills at NVQ level or above.

Duties:

Your role will be to perform the following accurately and correctly:

•1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
•Time management and prioritising projects. Delivering within the time scales as well as keeping the customer informed throughout all stages. (Project Management skills)
•Management of multiple sites.
•Provide support both remotely and face to face.
•To perform in a professional manner at all times in a high pressured environment.
•Strong communicational skills.
•Managing purchasing of equipment. Purchase orders and assigning invoices to the budget.
•Managing and liaising with 3 party support companies (Canon, Oce etc.)
•Capture and record all incoming service requests from clients and internal staff.
•Escalate all service requests with retained ownership and responsibility as required.
•Reliably run maintenance and service routines as required.
•Report on all work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.

• Demonstrable troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP and DNS

• HP ProCurve, Cisco or other network and security certifications will be looked on favourably
