  Job Description
You will take ownership, plan, analyse and execute Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects across their UK operations. These roles offer excellent variety and exposure to different projects. Typically each project will be 12 to 16 weeks, which will require you to work within sites that may not be local to you.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience of process improvement within a transactional environment, if you are Six Sigma BlacK Belt certified that would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
As a Lean Leader you will have responsibility of managing and co-ordinating Lean Change Analysts, therefore previous management experience would be desirable.
