  Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct print audits on client sites to include printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners and MFD's.
Document audit findings by location, condition, 1st page count, 2nd page count, and feedback from end users.
Analyse results and prepare audit report for presentation to the customer. Utilise hard and soft copy floor plans to map locations of devices both current and proposed.
Responsible for on going maintenance and management of all hard and soft copy audit documentation.
Escalate issues to the relevant stakeholder in a timely manner.
Liaise with MPS account managers on scheduling of QBR's with customers
Manage the QBR calendar within SharePoint.
Gather required information to input into QBR presentations, such as device statistics, SafeCom reporting, service and SLA reports.
Prepare detailed QBR presentations based on the QBR template.
Tailor the QBR template/format to each customer's individual requirements.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders regarding issues on site in previous quarter.
Present the QBR presentation to the customer at a formal on-site meeting.
Analyse raw data, statistics and reports associated with MPS sites and offer informed conclusions and proposals to the customer.
Drive continuous improvement process through the QBR format on each site.
Create or improve upon current documentation and process' associated with the QBR's
Document and manage the outputs from QBR's and manage the QBR actions list in conjunction with customer operations and post sales technical support.
Build effective working relationships with the customer's resources to ensure actions from QBR's are seen through to completion
Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, status reports, project meeting minutes, project handover to the operations department
Other ad hoc duties as required
Experience:


At least 1 – 2 years relevant experience from a similar environment
Previous client facing experience essential
Experience of/exposure to managed print services environment is vital
Some exposure to best practice project management methodologies desirable
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Good presentation and administration/documentation skills

Education:

Some relevant technical qualification/certification is essential
Microsoft certification a bonus

Knowledge Of:
MS PowerPoint and MS Excel essential
MS Project advantageous
