  Job Description
Architects, engineers, designs, documents, and supports business solutions for Risk Management as a business analyst focused on data modelling and analysis. Has knowledge of business functions and excels leveraging this knowledge in the development of data models. Is a subject matter expert in technology and business and provides key input assisting senior technology or business leaders in determining the current and future direction in their area or related areas. Utilizes knowledge of technological alternatives, business requirements, and business environments to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides input and guidance on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives. Has focused business knowledge or technical skillset in a key risk area e.g. Quantitative skills, Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal / Audit, Universal Bank (HLandI Risk strongly preferred): Typically requires 4-7 years of applicable experience.

Qualified candidates will have broad experience in working with business and technology partners to understand and document existing data models as well as using this information to develop new data models for reporting and analytics purposes. Will need to possess experience and expertise in multiple data and infromation mangement platforms and have broad experience in multiple databases, warehouses, and vendor products.
