  Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst provides the manager and staff with data analysis and reporting services and is responsible for data extract, scorecards/performance metrics, data quality assurance and makes improvement recommendations to leadership. The Business Intelligence Analyst also works with internal stakeholders to conduct research, benchmarking studies, project management and to ensure effective change management.

* Facilitate BI projects and acts as a liaison between business partners and IT
* Develops, analyzes, and prepares data for reports
* Develops and utilizes databases and spreadsheets to track projects
* Develops, implements, and maintains performance scorecards
* Develops, runs, and analyzes reports regarding performance measures, savings, budgets, etc.
* Integrates internal and external data sources
* Partners with contractors and consultants to conduct research and benchmarking studies
* Identifies and develops data warehousing opportunities
* Follows established procedures and policies
