  Job Description
Skills Required for Desktop Support Engineer:
* knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft XP Professional
* knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2000\2003\2007
* Knowledge of Active Directory.
* knowledge of VMware.
* knowledge of Imaging of desktops/laptops using ghost software application .
* knowledge of Application packaging tools such as Wise Application Studio
* understanding of Desktop to Server relationships
Requirements:
* Qualified candidate will have 2+ years of hands on Support
* Excellent inter-personal skills. The ability to work well with team.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
* Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
* Ability to be on-call for nights support, weekend and off hour support is preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and be proactive with job responsibilities
Clearance Required
None but must be clearable. We will sponsor you up to the TS level.
