Skills
- Demonstrable experience of delivery of TIBCO driven solutions using BW 5x.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.
- Expert in datamodels and an understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments whilst building team working relations and, when required, are also able to work under their own initiative.
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet necessary deadlines.
- Strict attention to detail is a must within the role.
- Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs.
- Deep knowledge of IT solution planning and management.
- Experience with J2EE, and Java development a plus.
- Monitor and tune business and technical performance.
Programming Language Skills/Methodologies
- Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies (BusinessWorks 5x, EMS 5x, EDI, ADB, Admin, HAWK and additional adapters)
