ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide direction and training to junior level Engineers to facilitate projects and programs.
* Develop draft, facilitate, and maintain the implementation of policies and procedures.
* Develop, perform, and report test plans, implementations and procedures.
* Analyze and coordinate security events, incidents, and intrusions with appropriate authorities (Security team)
* Educate customers on information security policy and practices (Security team)
* Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support, as needed.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS:
* Ability to demonstrate skills in operating system architecture, implementation and management
* Ability to support heterogeneous environments
* Ability to oversee system engineers? projects and programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to analyze and resolve problems in fast-paced, stressful environment.
