  Job Description

* 5+ years of experience providing desktop support in a network environment
* 3+ years of experience in developing images and software packages utilizing, SMS, SCCM, and Ghost
* 2 of the following certs required; A+, MCDST, MCPITP, MCSE, or MCP
* Knowledge of Active Directory administration and organization
* Strong knowledge of Group Policy
* Must pass a background check and drug screen

* Strong knowledge of application virtualization, packaging, imaging and deployment tools (e.g. Norton Ghost, Wise Package Studio, Citrix/Terminal Server) is essential
* Must have strong working knowledge of GPOs, Active Directory, windows security components, and permissions
* Proven experience in technical knowledge with Windows XP, Win7, Active Directory, SCCM, VbScripting, Windows Scripting, and Microsoft applications
* Proven experience with software distribution and packaging methodologies such as collections and targeting, app-V integration, image and packaging best practices and tools, and improving deployment metrics such as Wake on LAN
* Strong knowledge of PC imaging strategies and tools; WIM, MDT, USMT, and ZTI
* Strong knowledge of client installation configuration options; Media and network based deployment (USB, DVD, and PXE), self service image deployment (Web US, HTA, and wizard), remote tools, software updates and security settings
* Knowledge of MDOP; App-V, MED-V, AGPM, AIS, DaRT, DEM
* * Good knowledge of SQL
* Must have planning and implementation experience of Windows XP or Win 7 in a large scale organization
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Windows client operating systems
* Familiarity with the Life Cycle Management of a desktop environment
* Proven track record of providing a high-level of customer satisfaction and ability to meet service level agreements
* Requires the ability to handle short deadlines, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple projects as well as daily assignments with limited supervision
* Excellent writing, presentation, and documentation skills
